Your Mind and Body work as a Team!

I am a huge believer that your mind is a powerful tool and has control on many aspects in your life! Today, I will talk about the role of mind and your body weight.

The most common thought that people think of is that food is responsible for weight gain. However, it is your thought that food is responsible for gaining weight. We always need to remember that thoughts are the primary cause of everything that turns up in our lives. If you think positive thoughts, you will attract positivity in your life. In this case, thinking positive thoughts around food choices will result in a perfect body weight! If someone is overweight, they got to that weight by thinking “fat thoughts”. No one can think “thin thoughts” and be overweight! It doesn’t support to the law of attraction!

Now it’s time to let go of all those limiting thoughts that go on in your head and acknowledge that food cannot cause you to gain weight…..unless you think it can!

In the book, “The Secret”, they touch upon this area and I wanted to share with you their steps to achieving the ideal body:

Step 1: ASK

Have an idea of what your ideal weight looks like. If you have a picture, place it somewhere you can see it and be reminded of what that ideal body looks like!

Step 2: BELIEVE

You must believe in yourself that you will receive that perfect body and reach your goal! You must picture yourself at that weight and feel how good it feels!

Step 3: RECEIVE

You must feel good about yourself at the present time! Positive thinking will only get you what you want…..keep all those negative self talks out of your mind! You will not be able to reach your ideal weight thinking bad thoughts about yourself!

***Do you know someone who is thin and eats like a horse??? What do they usually say “I can eat whatever I want and never gain weight!”…….well this is a perfect example of the universe saying “Your wish is my command!”………The Power of Positive Thinking!
